My family has been attending for years, so aren't we automatically registered parishioners?
Often many people attend Mass for many years but do not ever register with the parish. Registration in a parish is a declaration of your desire to be part of a Catholic Community. All who are attending Holy Family Catholic Church and have decided to make it their parish home, are asked to complete a registration form and use parish envelopes. The date of registration is then recorded and if you ever need to baptize your child, register your child for Religious Education, get married, be a godparent or sponsor for someone, here or at another parish, you will have proof of being a registered parishioner. Once children have grown-up and moved out of the household they will need to register with parish with their new information.
Many times we receive request for an official parish letter stating a person is a registered parishioner for at least a year or even longer. The parish is required to put the date it has recorded for registration on all official letters that require a signature and/or the parish seal.
For your convenience the Parish Registration Cards can be:
*If you there have been any changes since you have registered please notify the parish office. You may also note changes on a registration card or by using the on-line registration.
